Take overall responsibility for a highly complex and large-volume EPCM project of large plant construction Ensure a holistic, strategic-operative project execution including Cost, appointment and quality responsibility Predictive and independent implementation of all necessary project decisions Leading and controlling the entire project team and perceiving the role as ''face of Drees & Sommer' and first contact person to the customer Ensuring cooperation and communication between all internal and external stakeholders, as well as the business unit and the entire company Bringing the project success with all the human and material resources available

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, utility technology, process engineering or a comparable qualification Extensive, long-term professional experience in overall responsibility in project management of complex industrial projects, ideally from EPC/EPCM projects Understanding the entire planning and processing process of large-scale construction projects and entrepreneurial sense Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-sector work Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts Full readiness to project-related travel within Germany
