The place They independently automated analysis methods and qualify the latest digital measuring instruments for the analysis of physical properties of medical devices and their components. With your expertise, you work on innovative and future-oriented projects with internal and external interfaces.

In your new role, you take on the technical responsibility for the optimization and modernization of measurement technology and technological/methodic further development of Quality Control. Develop and optimize physical testing methods (e.g. determination of dimensions, forces) including the necessary devices and carry out the method transfer of established methods to new measuring instruments. As a subproject manager, you are responsible for the qualification of new measuring instruments and optimization of established analysis equipment, including planning, coordination and monitoring You can also set up interfaces between the measuring instrument and the CAQ-LIMS (Labor Information and Management System) in cooperation with the departments involved. You are also responsible for the creation of qualification documents and test regulations, taking into account current GxP specifications (especially data integrity requirements).

Technical or scientific studies (e.g. engineering or physics) with multiannual professional experience in measuring technology, testing methods, device qualification, method development and/or validation of measuring instruments (preferably automated measuring instruments) Knowledge of the regulations DIN ISO 13485 and GxP Knowledge in the field of interfaces of measuring instruments and LIMS with respect to the data integrity requirements Teamability and precise and solution-oriented operation German and English fluent The recruitment process:
