As a home technician (w/m/d), you will take over a diverse range of tasks around our buildings and technical facilities: Implementation of repair, maintenance and maintenance work in the fields of electrical, sanitary and general craft activities Support for reconstruction, renovation and modernisation measures Maintenance and monitoring of the technical building equipment (including air conditioning, refrigeration and compressed air systems and water treatment plants) Maintenance and maintenance of tools, machines and external equipment Contact person (w/m/d) for technical and craft issues in everyday work Participation in readiness (a service vehicle is provided for this period) Documentation of activities in the GMP-regulated environment Coordination and monitoring of external service providers performing recurring tests (e.g. fire extinguishers) Take over administrative tasks, in particular with MS Word and Excel

Completed training in the area of heating, sanitary, ventilation or electric driving licence class B Good technical understanding and quick understanding Careful and independent working Reliability, physical resilience and team spirit
