Team Leader Metal Grinding - Plant Engineering / Tank Construction (m/f/d)

In addition to your activity as a grinder (m/w/d) you are a professional contact person, support your team in the day-to-day business and ensure a smooth running of the grinding processes Together with the Manufacturing Master (m/w/d), You coordinate the use of personnel as well as the prioritization of pending production orders You plan, control and monitor the grinding orders taking into account quality, dates and capacities You always have the highest requirements for surface quality, GMP-compliant production, and compliance with relevant standards and specifications You promote efficient cooperation along the entire manufacturing process through regular coordination with adjacent areas You actively drive forward continuous improvements in processes and standards, thereby implementing Lean methods and the 6S principle

You have completed technical training in the metal sector or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in tank and tank construction You have experience in leading teams You have profound knowledge of grinding processes and basic knowledge of welding technology You are safe in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and know the AD2000 standard and GMP requirements in the pharmaceutical environment You are characterized by strong communicative competence as well as enforcement ability and work independently, structured and solution-oriented
