The Landtag is the elected representative of the people. He exercises legislative power and monitors the exercise of enforced violence in accordance with the national constitution. The administration of the Baden-Württemberg Landtag includes Parliament's own advisory, support and information services and creates the conditions for the smooth functioning of Parliament.

Your profile

• Complete vocational training for the businesswoman / the businessman for office management or a corresponding training (e.g. managerial staff, lawyers' staff)

We expect you to:

• Very good linguistic and written expressiveness
• A responsible way of working with independent services
• Organizational design and fast conception
• Very good knowledge of modern office software and IT-supported processes as well as a strong understanding of this

Your main tasks

• Contact person for questions from MEPs or externals to visits to the country
• Date and room planning
• Post-processing
• Editing work
• Completion of grants
• Organisational support of the field manager, the speakers

The grouping is carried out in group 8 of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L).
