As a speaker (m/w/d) Innovation Management at the Institute for Innovation, Care and Age (IPA), you support the development, testing and implementation of innovative concepts in care. You encourage innovations to emerge from practice by empowering employees to develop and implement their own ideas. You advise institutions on new technologies, support employees through training and accompany change processes. You’ll explore developments in assistive technologies and digital solutions and evaluate their potential for nursing practice. You work closely with start-ups and external partners and actively shape the further development of our assistance system ALADIEN as well as the home emergency call.
