In the course of our international expansion – especially after Latin America and Asia – we are consistently expanding our commercial and financial processes. For our accounting, we are looking for a structured, digitally affine personality that controls operational financial processes securely and actively develops DATEV companies online with us.

Objective of the position Ensuring a clean, timely and transparent settlement of all credit and debitoric processes – both nationally and internationally – as well as the continuous expansion of DATEV companies online as a central tool for document management, payment flows and liquidity overview. The position works closely with our control office as well as internal interfaces and forms a supporting pillar of our commercial organization. Creditor and debitor accounting Auditing, recording and management of accounts Monitoring of payment inputs and open items Preparation and implementation of payment transactions DATEV company online Independent work in DATEV companies online Construction, maintenance and optimization of digital document, release and payment processes Development of the DATEV structure in cooperation with tax law firm and management Liquidity & financial overview Support in liquidity planning and monitoring Processing of payment flows and financial overviews Support for internal evaluations and decision bases International financial processes Support for international accounting settlement and follow-up of international payment flows Dealing with different currencies and transnational issues Close coordination with internal contacts and external partners in German and English Banks, leasing & contracts Management and maintenance of lease contracts and loans Operational communication with banks and financing partners Structured documentation of ongoing obligations Process and structural development Active participation of lean, digital accounting and financial processes Close cooperation with HR, Office Management, Management and Tax Chancellery

Subject Commercial training or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of DATEV company online (forced) Experience in creditor and debitor accounting Safe handling of digital processes and document management Basic understanding of liquidity, cash flows and international settlements Very good English skills in word and writing Personal Structured, careful and independent operation High sense of responsibility and reliability Digital affinity and pleasure in process optimization Clear, objective communication – also with external partners Discretion and liability
