Through intensive workshops with internal and external experts, we provide you with the necessary know-how. The approximately 12-month qualification program is accompanied and supported by an experienced sales professional. After successful completion, you take over a sales area or another key position. You will receive intensive training for the first 12 months through a seminar program in the areas of sales techniques, communication and area management. Here you will be guided to the following tasks that will later be part of your field of activity: Determining sales opportunities through market presence Customer requirements Presentation of products and solutions Creating and targeted tracking of offers Systematic creation and presentation of competition considerations Projektmanager (m/w/div) In the longer term, the perspective consists of managing a sales district as a sales representative (m/w/div.).
