Support our team as Agile Coach & Team Lead* for the Rhine-Main-Neckar region with Mannheim headquarters.

As a Hands-on Team Lead, you are actively working on projects with approximately 80% (mainly in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions) and take over approximately 20% of professional leadership and coordination tasks. These include in particular: Entrepreneurship: You take the lead in the customer team or comparable team structures in your area You recognize customer support and make sure that we use these opportunities You are actively involved in sales topics, such as tendering, networking and cooperation with customers You are responsible for the economic development of your area You continuously monitor and control the economic indicators of your responsibility Leadership & technical project work You conduct and coordinate an area with approx. 30 developers working in various customer projects You actively promote the personal and professional development of your employees You represent company decisions authentically to your team For professional qualification profiles of your employees You design and manage agile processes, transfer agile values and accompany organizations as well as development teams in agile transitions, from introduction to establishment to continuous optimization of Scrum As Agile Coach, you support Agile Software Engineering projects and deliver your expertise in cloud web applications, mobile apps, distributed systems and AI solutions You work with and with customers from the region (w/m/d)

You have completed university studies in computer science, mathematics, etc. or comparable qualifications You have at least 5 years of practical experience as Agile Coach You have experience in managing people – either in disciplinary roles or in professional leadership, such as Scrum Master, Lead Developer, Project Manager You bring experience in complex and scaled project and organizational structures You have relevant certifications in the agile environment, such as Scrum Master or in other agile methods and frameworks You are interested in AI topics You have very good German skills (C1) You're an agile, self-organized team to look forward to work You take ownership and work on results You are happy to develop and promote your team You work across locations and are flexible for on-site operations mainly in the regions of Rhein-Main and Rhein-Neckar *(w/m/d)
