Employee Internal Sales - IT / Customer Service (m/f/d)

As the first contact person, our customers advise you competently via telephone and e-mail to our IT products and solutions. You actively support the sales team in creating offers, order processing and invoice delivery. In close coordination with the sales field service, you clarify customer requests and ensure a smooth flow of information. You carefully maintain all customer- and order-related data in our CRM system and thus secure the basis for our sales success.

You bring at least one year of professional experience from the IT industry, ideally from the sales service or customer support. You have successfully completed a commercial training or a comparable qualification. With your distinctive IT affinity and your customer-oriented way, you will find the right solution for each request. As a communication-strong organizational institution, you can also keep an overview in turbulent phases and support the sales team reliably. You communicate stylisticly in German (C1) and bring good English skills (C1).

Benefit from an attractive salary package between EUR 40,000 and EUR 60,000 a year, consisting of fixed and commission.
