Your tasks

• Create the digital future with: Advise our teams and top management in all legal issues relating to IT and digitalization – from online marketing and ecommerce to cloud computing and artificial intelligence to cyber security.
• Become a contract member: Create and review contracts, terms and conditions of use that lay the foundation for successful digital projects.
• Deal with the best: Lead contract negotiations with service providers and customers from the private and public sectors.
• Stay at the heart of time: Follow the latest legislative developments (e.g. Data Act, AI Act, DSA) and make sure we are always up to date.
• Become a team player: work with external lawyers and support them in their tasks.

Your profile

• You have completed your stateamina with excellent results.
• You ideally have first professional experience in an economic law firm or corporate law department, in particular in IT law, media law, commercial and sales law as well as in national and international contract law
• You have a strong interest in IT topics and digital business models.
• You can explain complex legal issues in a comprehensible way and present them convincingly.
• You are communicative, team-ready and have a structured way of working.
• You are motivated to work on new topics and continue to train yourself.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
