Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d) Renewable Energies and Sustainable Real Assets

You enter and monitor investments in wind and solar parks, hydropower plants and energy transition projects such as heat production and grids or battery storage in Europe. You are responsible for your own projects and also support the inventory and investment team in technical issues. You work closely and targeted with external service providers, especially in the field of technical and commercial management. You identify opportunities for optimization to increase the performance of investments, carry out the economic analysis of appropriate measures and implement them. You develop standards for maintenance and maintenance, as well as technical operating contracts. You support the definition and improvement of processes and concepts in the field of technical asset management. You'll start regular reports on the stock portfolio.

You have completed university studies with a technical or scientific focus (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, renewable energies, physics, ...) You have collected at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience with a technical focus at an asset manager, a project developer, plant manufacturer or operating manager for renewable energies or energy transition projects. Experiences in technical asset management, in particular in the field of wind energy or photovoltaics with a focus on Europe, are advantageous. You have basic commercial knowledge and are interested in business issues. You have knowledge of German and English, and other foreign language skills are of advantage. You have a great interest in diverse, changing tasks. You are ready to take over management positions in project companies. You will be prepared to participate in occasional missions within Europe. You are characterized by a high degree of structuring and team skills.
