Designing construction projects with responsibility You want to plan more than just? You want to co-design, take over the word and not only accompany construction projects, but shape them? Then you're right with us. We do not expect you to think of a drawer, but real variety of projects in housing – from idea to implementation. You work independently in all phases of performance, bring your ideas into play and make sure that our construction projects are not only functional but also sustainable and forward-looking.

You control independent construction projects in all phases of the project – focusing on medium and large construction projects. You keep an overview of technical project management – with a clear view of dates, costs and quality. You are responsible for tendering, awarding and billing according to VOB and HOAI. You take the building role in a safe manner to planners, authorities and executives. You coordinate internal project participants and other external service providers with fingertips and overview. You actively contribute sustainability and climate protection goals to the construction process.

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, construction or comparable quality. You have a well-founded knowledge of HOAI, VOB as well as the relevant laws and standards relating to building. You already have experience in the independent development of construction projects – ideally as a contractor or in the project management. You communicate clearly and confidently, work in the team and bring empathy with you in dealing with various project participants. You work independently, structured and take responsibility. You have the pleasure of actively shaping and advancing sustainable construction projects.
