Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of employees in the field of SRU test Construction and further development of a holistic test strategy for equipped circuit boards including various test methods such as AOI, AXI, ICT and Flying Probe Responsibility for standardization, creation, validation and approval of test programs Optimization of existing test programs with regard to fault detection, test coverage, false-call rate, test time and process stability Ensuring test technology functionality and software, system and line integration of test and inspection systems Development of suitable key figures and analysis of production and quality data for continuous improvement of test performance Close cooperation with production, industrial engineering, engineering and quality in new applications, industrialization projects and complex fault analyses

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Complete technical studies, a further training to the technician or master or a comparable qualification, for example in electrical engineering, electronics, production technology or mechatronics Multiannual professional experience in electronics production and in the environment of SMT or PCB production Funded knowledge in AOI or AXI, ideally experience with both technologies Experience in the creation and optimization of test programs as well as in the evaluation of the test cover Good knowledge of typical fault images and production processes in the PCB assembly, for example SMT, THT and soldering processes Experience with quality methods such as PFMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis or statistical process evaluation Impressed leadership skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to build technical standards and competencies sustainably
