Tasks Your responsibility lies in the control and continuous development of all operational processes in the exit traffic (European Logistics). You guide your employees both professionally and disciplinaryly and promote their individual development. You ensure predictive resource planning. Process processes plan efficiently, implement them and optimize them taking into account legal and contractual requirements and economic utilisation. You will implement internal requirements in a quality-conscious manner. In addition, the forward-looking shopping for your area is part of your area.

Qualifications You have completed business studies with a focus on transport and logistics or a comparable qualification. As part of your previous positions, you have already been able to earn relevant professional training in a comparable position. Through your experience in managing employees, you can successfully manage and develop your team. Flowing English skills allow you to communicate safely in the international environment. In addition, you are characterized by a pronounced communication strength, problem-solving competence and customer orientation.
