Be you. In the Dual-Brand Hotel – Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel – two global hospitality icons combine into a unique leadership position. As a Multi-Property Director of Food & Beverage (m/w/d), you take over the strategic direction of all R&B areas – from restaurants and bars to banquets and catering to room service. You shape the guest experience, answer the financial performance and run a powerful team across both brands.Two brands – endless possibilities! Your main tasks include: Strategic management of all R&B areas in both houses Development and implementation of R&B strategies in line with brand standards and guest expectations Leadership and development of a large international team with a focus on motivation, coaching and performance Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and CAPEX investments Ensuring an excellent guest experience and continuous improvement of service quality Introduction of innovative concepts for increasing sales and market positioning Close cooperation with the Executive Team and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders Promoting an open, inclusive and performance-oriented team culture Acquisition of other tasks such as manager-on-duty layers Direct line of report to the General Manager and member of the Executive Committee

Be distract. Completed studies or training in Hospitality, R&B or Business Administration Multi-year professional experience in a comparable leadership position in the field of Food & Beverage Embossed leadership qualities, strategic thinking and entrepreneurship Very good knowledge of budgeting, cost control and operational implementation Communication strength in German and English; other languages of advantage Passion for hospitality, innovation and team leadership Ability to actively shape changes and achieve sustainable results As a coach of a motivated team, you know how to promote and demand people
