You first, review and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and ensure the quality of balance sheet, GuV, by-books, delimitations and assessment topics. Your tasks include transfers from HGB to IFRS, the assessment of complex accounting requirements and the documentation of the resulting adjustments. Your responsibility is to create and validate reporting packages for the Group and to ensure consistency between local accounts and international reporting requirements. You’ll start capital flow accounts and analyze cash flow and working capital developments based on balance sheet and GuV. Your tasks include consolidation activities and the balance sheet mapping of business transactions. In cooperation with external auditors, you will set up audit documents and report balance sheet items, valuation approaches and booking logics. You develop accounting and reporting processes, identify standardization, automation and AI potentials, and participate in ERP, reporting and finance transformation projects.

You have a completed business studies with a focus on controlling or finance or a comparable qualification. You have several years of practical experience in the application of HGB and IFRS, in particular in the transfer of Local GAAP to Group GAAP, the assessment of complex accounting standards and the derivation and documentation of IFRS adjustments. You have experience in the creation and quality assurance of Reporting Packages in an international corporate environment and are sure to align local financial figures with group-wide reporting requirements. You are safe in the creation and analysis of capital flow calculations, ideally by the indirect method, and can explain changes in balance sheet, GuV and Working Capital comprehensible. You have a very good understanding of balance sheet, GuV and sidebooks and can analyze and comment on changes at legal entity and subgroup level. When handling ERP systems and reporting tools, you feel safe. You are open to digital modes of operation and are interested in actively shaping the responsible use of AI and automation in the financial sector. You convince with your communication strength and your responsible, independent and reliable way of working. A structured way of working, analytical thinking, as well as a pronounced understanding of numbers characterize you. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
