To strengthen our team we are looking Projektmanagement (m/w/d) Full-time Duration Not terminated Start Now The Market Partner Service department is the backbone of our energy billing: from legal market communication to network and EEG accounting to the implementation of legal requirements. Here, expertise, timeliness and operational excellence combine.

You improve the quality and efficiency of energy accounting using AI, automation and process safety You ensure smooth processes between systems, departments and market partners and continuously develop market communication You cooperate in strategic projects and take over project-related management tasks as needed You test new functions, train employees and are available as a contact person for complex billing topics You bring your expertise to expert forums and represent the Stadtwerke Bayreuth to our software service provider

You have a degree or professional experience in the energy sector, ideally with a focus on billing, or have a comparable additional qualification, e.g. as a specialist You have a well-founded knowledge of energy-economic market communication and billing systems, ideally with experience in Wilken NTS.suite You have experience in process optimization and in handling complex interfaces You are characterized by communication strength, self-responsibility and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation You bring the willingness to actively engage in projects and bodies
