You carry out the billing for your billing group in SAP HCM and implement legal, contractual and operational regulations Admission, change and exit scenarios are processed independently and take care of the personal master files You are contact person (m/w/d) for employees, executives and works council in all accounting, social insurance and wage tax issues You create the certification system, process the electronic reporting system and perform the corresponding correspondence You are responsible for personal issues such as retirement age, retirement and occupational pensions You maintain and check the time economic data in close coordination with the time officers of the specialist departments You are edited by you for sending abroad, visa applications and social insurance law registration procedures

You have completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in pay accounting ideally with SAP HCM Knowledge of the tariff regulations of the metal and electrical industry are advantageous You have secure user knowledge in MS Office An independent and structured way of working You have a strong team and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility You convince by friendly appearance and contribute to a positive working environment with your open mind
