OT Engineer (m/f/d)

You are a manager of automation in our company! You help our laboratory machines communicate with each other and our applications. You connect us in terms of efficiency, automation and digital comfort for our colleagues and partners You are the contact person when new equipment is ordered and delivered and integrated into our OT environment (Operational Technology) You support our OT environment as part of current standards and guidelines, in particular in the renewal of devices, new acquisitions or initiatives to improve automation You monitor the OT environment with our security team and ensure the proper implementation in our environment You maintain our existing OT systems and support infrastructures in compliance with compliance policies and taking into account patch and security update cycles that are tailored to established processes You configure system and interface connectivity to support our automation and renewal efforts You take care of on-site support in troubleshooting in cooperation with internal and mandated resources You carry out audits and approvals for implementing operational changes and new solutions and ensure smooth implementation while minimising the impact on business You help with inventory and plant management for OT resources, including machines, software and local servers You support monitoring, testing and troubleshooting You maintain relationships with external providers to ensure the timely provision of special resources or support so that you can do your work You provide readiness for the support and integration of laboratory equipment at our sites

You enrich our company with a well-founded training in the medical technology and/or laboratory industry combined with a pronounced IT affinity We wish you had at least three years of professional experience in the industry You have gained profound experience in IT / OT project and maintenance work You feel comfortable and are able to successfully lead several critical priorities and topics at the same time You speak fluently German (at least C1 level) and have good English skills You are happy to communicate with the team and college on all possible media You proactively organize the documentation of systems and procedures, standards and activities You are highly service-oriented and show a clear 'Can-Do' setting You bring a high degree of self-motivation and commitment that allows you to quickly get involved in new topics
