Senior fitter - project management / quality management / HVAC (m/f/d)

Project management: take over the management for HLKS plants in industrial engineering and in new buildings and renovation projects. Project preparation and accompaniment with contractors from the 1st day to final settlement as well as constant correspondence with all project personnel management: control of technicians at construction sites incl. Time recording checks, optimal with Polish language skills. Subcontractor management: monitoring and coordination of the performance of subcontractors; Implementation of acceptance and guarantee of quality standards. Quality management from the technical contractor's declaration to acceptance protocol Order processing from the start of the service directory, on the development of supplementary offer, partial withdrawals, up to the final withdrawals incl. Transfer full functionality Cost and Budget Control: Building Residue Controls and Condition Statements You are an investment mechanic:in SHK or SHK master:in You have several years (from 3 years) of professional experience in the project management in the field of building technology, in particular HLKS You have sound knowledge of cost and quality management You have experience in the leadership and motivation of teams and in cooperation with entrepreneurs:inside You have strong communication skills and are confident in dealing with customers, builders:inside and public authorities You work independently, structured and solution-oriented
