In your position, you will ensure the implementation and establishment of a holistic approach to sales – the quality of advice is always at your fingertips. They advise both our sales partners and the management team to optimize and implement appropriate measures for sales intensification. We also rely on your advice on the bank's own sale – for the needs check, determination and coverage for integration into the bank's home office. The bank staff will guide you for sales enhancement and sale in the bank in terms of sales skills and the use of digital applications. This is done taking into account the bank's own consulting processes. To do this, you implement training (on the job), coaching and training – and you are responsible for taking new approaches and best practices. Last, but not least, you coordinate training and support needs of bank staff with the associated management team as well as internal interfaces.
