Service technicians Projektleiter (m/w/d)

You can look forward to this:

• You will assist our customers by phone with questions about machine faults, the casting process or to our products
• Use our remote service connections
• You plan and coordinate the service operations and support the service technicians in questions to your service orders
• In this course you identify spare parts with drawings, spare parts lists and technical Plans and give them to the sales for spare parts
• Local customer visits for the clarification of service requests also include your tasks

Take this with you: (m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Experience with the commissioning of large machines
• Experience with machine controls is desirable
• Very good German and good English skills
• Last but not least, you bring flexibility, team spirit and independent and structured working with
