in full time or part-time by agreement The OP coordination is assigned to the central OP management or the central OP structure at the Knuthstraße site. The technical connection is made to the OP management or the defined OP management structure. The disciplinary submission is carried out via the responsible nursing management. The function is interdisciplinary. Medical indication, urgency and release decisions remain with the medical authorities responsible. The aim of the function is to ensure a patient-proof, efficient, planable and resource-oriented OP day sequence through structured coordination, transparent communication and early control of bottlenecks.

Daily current coordination of the OP program in the Central OP Coordination of the OP sequence taking into account urgency, patient safety, personnel, room, equipment, material and bed capacities Integration of emergencies and urgent procedures according to defined emergency categories Close cooperation with the operational departments, anaesthesia, surgery care, anaesthesia care, intensive care, wake-up room, bed management, AEMP/central sterilisation, stations and transport services Early detection of bottlenecks, delays and plan deviations Communication and documentation of plan changes, shifts and rejections Participation in OP meetings, KPI evaluations and the further development of standardized OP procedures OP coordination shall include in particular cooperation with: Anesthesia and surgical intensive medicine Surgery and Orthopaedics Hand surgery, plastic surgery and foot surgery vascular surgery including hybrid surgery / angiographic surgery Neurosurgery Urology including minimally invasive and robotic procedures Gynaecology and Obstetrics / Sectio Care

(m/w/d), in health and nursing or comparable nursing qualification Ideally, specialist training in surgical services or in anaesthesia and intensive care A relevant experience in surgery, anaesthesia or perioperatives appropriate to the position Good understanding of operational, anaesthesiological and nursing processes Organisational skills, communication and conflict sovereign appearance, commitment and decision-making Knowledge of OP planning systems and digital documentation desirable
