The Cologne branch of the construction and real estate company of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) is looking for a dual student (w/m/d) in the area of 01.09.2025 Dual studies Energy and Building Technology (TGA) at the Technical University of Cologne (Campus Deutz) in Cologne. The construction and property company NRW is owner, landlord and operator of almost all properties of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. You have successfully completed your (Fach‐)Abitur (although) or have a corresponding professional qualification as a university entrance qualification. Further requirements: Interest in technical relationships and scientific subjects such as mathematics and physics Responsibility and team skills, reliability and a high level of readiness pronounced communicative skills as well as reliable knowledge of German that correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Your fee: Your monthly fee is approx. €1,230, this increases annually and is around €1,400 in the last academic year.
