The HR Business Partner is the strategic partner of the company management. Here are the central tasks: Strategic Personal Management: Development and Implementation of HR Strategies that are directly tailored to the corporate objectives

Advice from managers: As a Sparring Partner, HR BP supports leadership, team structure and personnel decisions

Staff development: Planning of training, coaching and career paths to promote talent.

Change management: Accompanying change processes such as restructuring or cultural change

Employer Branding & Corporate Culture: Building an attractive employer brand and promoting a positive working environment

A degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management or a related area is often a prerequisite. As an alternative: a commercial training with additional qualification in the human resources sector (e.g. a personal specialist/woman). Multiannual experience in operational personnel work is advantageous – ideally with insight into different HR areas such as recruiting, personnel development or labour law Knowledge of working, social and, where appropriate, Tariff Experience with HR systems and data analysis Negotiating skills and conflict resolution competence Representative communication and consulting skills Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial understanding Empathy, integrity and enforcement Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English Secure handling of MS Office and HR software The applications of disabled people are welcome.
