You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team and promote the further development of the employees:inside You coordinate the day-to-day business (maintenance, construction, management and project work for advertising facilities) and, together with other executives, focus on the work You are responsible for the production of construction applications, communicate with the construction offices and accompany administrative procedures You design efficient processes and interfaces to internal departments such as contract management and the construction department You ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements You actively support your team's tasks, develop future-oriented concepts and optimise processes – with reports and statistics you always have an overview

You have completed training or studying in commercial or technical fields with relevant professional experience Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the management of the staff You can organize yourself and your tasks very well and convince by a structured and reliable way of working You are characterized by pronounced customer and service orientation and by high communication skills You work independently and have a sense of optimization potential You bring flexibility and readiness to travel
