Paralegal (m/f/d)

You are responsible for general organisational and assistance activities. You are responsible for the calendar maintenance and coordination of dates and travel including travel expenses. You create fee arrangements and invoices. You are responsible for the processing of correspondence with clients and authorities in German. Your tasks include the coordination, organisation and maintenance of digital files. You help prepare and update presentations in Power Point. For communication with the judiciary, use the special electronic lawyer mailbox “beA”.

You have a successfully completed training for lawyers (m/w/d) Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous In everyday work, you communicate confidently and stylisticly on different levels in German and ideally also in English. When dealing with MS Office (especially Word and Power Point) and the Internet, you are fit. You can master lawyer software such as DATEV lawyer Classic and/or have the willingness to work in Dokomentenmanagementsysteme. You like to organize with a high degree of self-responsibility. You are distinguished by a high team capacity, are reliable and trustworthy. A high level of quality awareness and the willingness to work into new facts are of course for you. You approach your tasks independently, proactively and solution-oriented.
