Our guests can not only learn and work in top-equipped rooms, but also relax in the Japanese garden, enjoy an aperitif in the outdoor lounge or simply catch fresh air – during a conference or break. Actually we are not only a hotel village in Nuremberg (92 rooms) - with a wonderful restaurant (140 seats) – incl. Bar (40 places) - Tenne (80 places) & 10 meeting rooms, but a pilgrimage site for cordiality . For our conference team, we are looking for a dedicated meeting supervisor (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time from April/May 2025.

Support for our conference guests: you are looking for a perfect atmosphere and are at your side in all matters Organisation of breaks: from coffee to a small snack – you ensure a smooth process Preparation and preparation of the meeting rooms: For the perfect presentation of our rooms and for a smooth process Meetings with trainers and guests: You coordinate all the details before and during the event Hospitality and Service: You pamper our guests and make sure they feel comfortable all around Joy of learning: You constantly learn, develop and pass on your knowledge with enthusiasm

Professional experience in the event area, in the hotel industry or gastronomy – or a successfully completed training in the industry Communication strength and organizational talent – you keep a cool head even in stressful moments Joy in dealing with people – you will conjure our guests a smile and actively contribute to a positive experience

A good and fair payment that matches your experience and skills Regulated working hours in a 4 or 5-day week with a range of hours between 25 - 40 hours per week depending on your desire or qualification.
