Your profile

Completed commercial training, e.g. a merchant in health care or an economic study, e.g. health management, business management in health or comparable Secure handling of MS Office digital tools such as database, video conferencing systems, etc. Very good communication capability, safe occurrence and enforcement capability Creativity and service orientation First experience in project management is a plus but no requirement

Your duties

Interface function to the shareholder in connection with committee work Organisation of committee work: Management of decision-making processes between decision-makers and staff management bodies Preparation of presentations, statistics and evaluations as well as decision templates Participation in management meetings and conferences Cooperation in the optimization and establishment of processes and organisational processes Planning and monitoring of events and committee meetings Support for cross-departmental projects Office Management
