The Maltese Relief Service (MHD) in Germany is a Catholic aid organization founded by the German Caritas Association and two divisions of the Order of Malta. Management of the time of play and representation in the public and ensuring a qualitatively good organisation of the work Discipline, economic and professional leadership of the team of all season managers Playtime supervisors and pedagogical guidance as well as ensuring a good work organization according to valid occupational safety laws Accounting of services with parents and town Ensuring quality standards by creating and implementing pedagogical concepts and training Observation of the aspects referred to in §8a, SGB VIII and awareness of employees on this subject
