As a free and modern institution of ten children's day-care centres and a variety of offers for the ambu­nant and stationary youth assistance as well as for the integration aid, we regularly accompany more than 1,000 children, young people and families with heart and understanding.

You have always found it exciting for children who have had a particularly difficult situation and who, due to their traumatic symptoms, have brought the youth assistance system to their limits? For our trauma pedagogical-therapeutic intensive care group for children, we are now looking for dedicated social pedagogues, medical pedagogues or pedagogical (training) professionals with an interest in trauma education in part-time or full-time (30–39 week hours).

Developing and implementing the trauma-pedagogical concept in the daily group Intensive (traumatic) individual and group work with children As a supervisor, you are principally responsible for education and support planning for a child living in the housing group. Participation in assistance planning, development reports and documentation Everyday management and leisure activities in group services (including night and weekend services)

Social education, education, state-recognized educators, nurses, childhood education, medical education (human) A dedicated, flexible, resilient and reflected colleague Experience in child and youth assistance Willingness to continue traumatographic education High inner strength as well as the ability to remain operational and sovereign even in stress situations lust for challenge and intensive relationship work Encourage the creation of a consequently traumatic paediatric setting for children with severe binding disorders and traumatic disorders in an interdisciplinary team and thus provide children with the worst experience to date with a sustaining, healing environment.
