As Team Lead Influencer Marketing (all genders) responsible You are the strategic orientation of our influencer marketing, guide your team with clarity and empowerment and ensure that our Creator collaborations not only inspire – but perform measurably.

Your tasks You guide and develop our currently 6 busy influencer team professionally and disciplinaryly and create clear goals, priorities and KPIs

You translate our corporate strategy for your area of influencer marketing and ensure consistent implementation. For example, you’re driving for clear processes, campaign frameworks and controlling the acquisition of Funnel

You are responsible for budget planning, forecasting and performance control for influencer marketing (ROAS, CAC, new customer rate, sales contribution)

You develop sustainable creator strategies, build long-term relationships and expand and optimise our creator with your team:in network

You are analysing campaigns data-based, guiding clear action recommendations and continuously opting out

You work closely with performance marketing, brand and CRM team and integrierst influencer marketing in our marketing mix

Active market observation and identification of trends in influencer marketing

Multiannual experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the D2C, beauty, health or NEM environment

Mind. 2 years of leadership experience and detectable responsibility for projects, budgets and strategic decisions

Strong entrepreneurial thinking, understanding of performance marketing KPIs and ownership minority

Experience with popular tools (e.g. Storyclash, Linkster, Google Workspace)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation

You live in Hamburg or surroundings and/or are ready to be at the office in Hamburg Altona for 2 days a week

You have German knowledge in C2 level and master English fluent in word and writing
