IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)

You are central technical contact for our customers around our cloud phone system reputatio CallManager. Their focus is on the technical implementation of cloud telephone systems, the establishment of customized solutions and the proactive further development of existing configurations. Your tasks include: Establishment and expansion of cloud telephone systems with our customers Configuration of callflows, call forwarding, integrations and AI functions Implementation of customer-specific requirements including adaptations and optimizations of the cloud telephony environment Technical analysis and quality assurance for deviations in VoIP setups, network components and terminals (e.g. IP phones, routers, switches) Technical advice and cooperation with internal teams such as sales, project management and product development Active development of our technical standards and best practices in cloud telephony

Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or a study of (economic) computer science or comparable Experience in the technical implementation and further development of IT or telecommunications solutions – ideally in the areas of VoIP / cloud telephony Good knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP-based communication and network analysis (e.g. with Wireshark) Safe handling of common network components such as routers, switches and firewalls Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams
