Depending on the production plant, you are responsible for the following tasks: Operation and monitoring of state-of-the-art heater and filling system incl. Control of product quality and response in case of deviations Operation of short-term heating systems of fruit preparations and fermentation of dairy products including Filling of fruit preparations and weighing in containers Order-related documentation and billing of orders Cleaning of plants according to prescribed work instructions Performance of inspections and maintenance work on the machines Fixing disruptions in the production process, possibly with the Team Technik Compliance with hygiene directives, work instructions and regulations Environmental protection and quality management

Ideally a training with a technical focus (e.g. mechatronics (m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d)) or in the food craft (e.g. food technologe/-techniker (m/w/d), baker (m/w/d), cook (m/w/d))) You bring good knowledge of German You are ready to work in a 3-shift system and weekend These properties are particularly distinguished: precise operation, spatial imagination, high quality understanding You like to take things in hand, are aware of your responsibility and are happy to work both independently and in the team
