Completed studies (architecture, construction, real estate) or technical training (technicians/masters) At least 3 years of professional experience in technical asset management, investment management, construction management or in comparable positions – ideally with a focus on operating real estate (care/hotel) Knowledge of ESG, EU-Taxonomy, energy efficiency standards and relevant building law Experience in the project management of larger projects (up to EUR 2.5 million) and in technical due diligence tests and risk assessments Trusts in handling digital tools (e.g. BIM, PropTech) Embossed Analytical and Strategic Thinking Power Good communication and presentation skills to different stakeholders Experience in managing project teams Ability to build and maintain strategic networks in the real estate industry Self-employed, solution-oriented and streamlined work knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English; Other languages advantageous
