Innovation coach in DIALOG. Space (m/f/d)

The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) is one of the largest practice-oriented universities in Bavaria and covers a wide range of subjects with the fields of technology, social and economic sciences, design and languages. We accompany around 9,300 students in more than 70 courses on their educational path. Since 2022, THWS has been certified by the audit family-friendly university in order to meet the diversity of life plans and family forms and to actively promote the reconciliation of the profession and family of their employees. The technology transfer centre Haßfurt (TTZ-HAS) is an institute of THWS with a focus on applied research in the field of plastic pipe extrusion. The Haßfurt site provides the optimal framework conditions for this by the high number of well-known manufacturers of the pipe industry, which are located in the Haßberge region. The aim is to enable technology transfer through close networking between industry and science and to maintain skilled workers in the region. Currently we have the following place to occupy: Technology Transfer Centre Haßfurt Innovations-Coach im DIALOG.Raum (w/m/d) in full time Application code: 19.5.786 The place shall be occupied at the next possible time, the place of service shall be in Haßfurt. In the context of a project, the recruitment is limited until 31.12.2028 and full-time (40 hours/week). An extension is sought; the place is in principle part-time, provided that the full implementation of the tasks is ensured by job sharing.

As an innovation coach, you are the local representative in the DIALOG.Raum des TTZ-HAS and implement the LEADER project DIALOG.Region on site. The aim of the project is to raise innovation potential, integrate regional actors and establish new participation formats in order to strengthen innovation culture in the region. Participation in the operation of the innovation area at the technology transfer centre You support the planning, coordination and operational use of the innovation area and contribute to the coordination with other technology transfer centres and the central innovation management body. In doing so, you contribute to the smooth running of the activities on site. Networking and cooperation in technology transfer You cooperate in addressing, building and maintaining networks with companies, associations and internal and external partners. In close coordination with the lines of the technology transfer centres, you analyse needs and support the development of suitable cooperation and transfer approaches. Organization of workshops and transfer events You organize and accompany workshops, training formats and transfer events for employees, regional actors and (foundation) companies. The implementation is based on existing concepts and documents that you prepare and customize in an appropriate manner. Administrative support in the innovation and foundation process You provide administrative support for the development and evaluation of innovation ideas and support the transfer of these ideas into feasible business model approaches. To do this, prepare decision bases and create process concepts and documentation.
