Location: Frankfurt am Main Start date: from September 2025 or earlier Advice and support: You are a competent contact person (w/m/d) to our executives and the HR Business Partner Team on all questions relating to remuneration and benefits Payment adjustment process: You accompany the annual pay adjustment process and ensure that the data quality always remains at the highest level Variable remuneration: You maintain the relevant data and calculate the variable remuneration to ensure fair and transparent remuneration Data analysis: You prepare internal compensation data and analyze them to enable sound decisions Market analyses and benchmarking: They conduct market analyses and compare our pay structures and benefits with those of other companies Health Management: You coordinate health management for our employees at the Frankfurt site and contribute to their well-being Social benefits: You manage and develop our social benefits to provide our employees with attractive benefits Staff requests: You answer questions from our employees about the Benefits offered and are advised to help them attractive Benefits: holiday money and a special payment, occupational health programs, food grants for our canteen, regular product allocations as well as a comprehensive training offer at Ferrero University
