Head of Maintenance (m/f/d)

You are responsible for mechanical maintenance at the Leverkusen site. Together with your team, you will perform all the craft activities within the framework of maintenance, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of production facilities. This includes the machining of plant components and the production of spare parts with conventional drilling, turning and milling machines. The overhaul and repair of engines, transmissions and pumps are part of the varied task area. The occasional production of smaller machines and devices round off the field of activity.

Successfully completed training as an industrial mechanic and desirable training as a master, technician or the like. At least 10 years of professional experience in similar fields of activity in industry. You understand how to run a team and evaluate and classify the maintenance tasks. You have the pleasure of developing your own ideas and implementing your plans with your team, other department managers and management.
