You as a team leader: You take the technical and operational control of the construction organization. You are responsible for the management of your employees, continuously developing the task, ensuring the quality of work and being responsible for personnel development. You as a planner: You plan, tax and monitor complex construction, rebuilding, refurbishment, refurbishment and maintenance measures and are responsible for the needs, use, area and installation planning for real estate and locations.
