Importance for the company

• You are qualified: You have a completed training as a decompressor mechanic or a comparable qualification and ideally bring experience in the machining of stainless steel.
• Experience counts: You can look back on 2 to 3 years of professional experience in machining technology and have experience with CNC-controlled machines.
• Flexibility: You are ready to work in the shift system (day, early, late and, if necessary, night shift) to ensure efficient production.
• Team skills: You like to work in the team, are reliable and bring high flexibility in solving technical challenges.
• Motivation and commitment: You want to develop in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to process optimization.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Milling of components: You take over the independent milling of compressor and service components in compliance with the specified specifications.
• Programming of the processing machine: You program the processing machines to produce the components efficiently and precisely.
• Control and measurement: You check the processed components and carry out measurements to ensure that they meet the specified quality standards.
• Processing of complex milling parts: You process complex milling parts with high precision and care.
• Transport of components: You transport the components with the crane or lift truck to the next workstation to ensure a smooth production process.
