We look at our 500 cities and communities and are the first Contact for Mayors in our Network area. In addition to customer support, we conclude concession contracts with periods of up to 20 years. These contracts allow us to public transport routes for the transfer and operation of electricity and To use gas lines. They are therefore the most important basis for safe supply. Strategy development: Development of technical strategies concessions and new contracts of existing concessions. Project management: Creation and coordination of concession offers (network management concepts, road use contracts) and coordination of concession procedure. Communication interface: Coordination of all participants Departments for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of Offer negotiations. Technical analysis: Implementation of technical analyses for optimization of concession offers and co-design of electricity, gas and hydrogen-related infrastructure projects. Infrastructure development: Observation of market and Industry developments to identify new concession opportunities and to continuously develop network strategies. Network planning: Development and optimization of Network management concepts and technical solutions for laying and the operation of power and gas lines.
