Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the object team Ensuring the contractually agreed services in the technical building management Central contact for customers on all topics related to technical building equipment and facility management Planning and control of personnel and resources, including internal performance calculation Responsibility for the safe and economical operation of complex technical installations and building systems

Complete technical training, for example as an object manager with technical background, electronics, energy plant electronics, electrical installer or plant mechanic HKLS / SHK Further or Basic training as a technician or master, as an alternative study as a Bachelor or engineer, ideally in Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or HKL Technology Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, facility management or in the technical support of buildings Driving licence class B and German knowledge of at least C1 level Excellent quality and cost awareness, high service orientation and ideally knowledge in MS Office, SAP and Planon
