Human Resources Management Support in Operational and Conceptual Operations in Day Business Participation in the design, preparation and implementation of personnel development measures Support in the entire recruiting process: View of the applicant entrance incl. Evaluation, forwarding to the subject area, monitoring and, if necessary, carrying out interviews, communication to the applicants Support in the analysis, design and implementation of exciting HR projects (e.g. the development of personal controlling, introduction of an online assessment center) Help with the development and creation of workshops/training on various topics General administrative activities in administration

Studies in Human Resources, Economics, Business Psychology or a similar degree course focusing on human resources First practical experience through internships and/or student work activities in the human resources sector and first understanding of personal processes and organisational processes Self-employed working, reliability, strong service orientation and team skills Good MS Office knowledge required in particular Excel and PowerPoint First experiences in handling SAP desirable
