You lead the branch as an independent profit center You lead, motivate and promote the internal sales team You take over the acquisition, consulting and support of our customers You are responsible for the collection and selection of personnel Create and monitor the annual budget as branch management You are co-responsible for the management, operation control and motivation of our temporary workers

You have completed vocational training (technical or technical) or a degree (uni/FH/BA) You have already gained several years of professional experience in the personnel service industry You are communicative, flexible, result-oriented and team-capable As a branch manager, you are happy to work with people and have a strong negotiating skills You are owned by a valid driving permit (class B) and also have good computer skills
