As part of our dedicated HR team, HR Business Partner (m/w/d) is responsible for its own human resources division in Heilbronn – from production to logistics to maintenance – and strategic HR projects. At the same time, you are regularly present at our modern technology and administrative center in Abstatt and actively contribute to the further development of our HR standards. As an austerity partner of the management and in close cooperation with the works council, you will design a future-oriented personnel work. Operational HR work with responsibility: You serve your personnel in a holistic and practical way – from A to Z as well as certificate. You are the first contact person for executives - both in day-to-day business and in strategic personnel topics From conception to implementation: developing exciting projects according to your personal strengths - from all areas of personal work (employer branding, personal marketing, personnel development, training, HR IT, etc.) Together with the management, you are responsible as a strategic partner for identifying and implementing future HR strategies. Internal pay settlement interface Development and standardization of HR processes and HR IT systems (SAP SuccessFactors) for efficient and modern personnel work

You like to introduce themselves proactively, want to design and have already successfully implemented first HR projects You are a HR specialist with at least 5 years of professional experience in operational staff support as a HR/HR Business Partner/HR Generalist or the like. Completed studies with a personal or legal focus or a commercial training with further training to/from the personal specialist Secure knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Practical experience in project management – from structured planning to successful implementation Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is beneficial AEVO trainer certificate is desirable, but no condition Good English for exchange with our international colleagues
