The non-profit Hans-Böckler Foundation is the co-determination, research and study funding work of the German Trade Union Federation. Through her work, she wants to contribute to improving the social situation of workers. We pursue this goal with more than 220 employees. The Economic and Social Sciences Institute (WSI) of the Hans-Böckler Foundation is, together with the Institute of the German Economy Köln e.V. Support for ongoing reporting on current developments in the fields of industrial relations, wage policy, working conditions and social policy for the EU Foundation Eurofound Policy and data research as well as report processing of English-language information for Eurofound databases Participation in the preparation of secondary and primary studies Processing of on-demand surveys in cooperation with the project management and different specialist refining rates All work in the context of Eurofound reporting takes place in English

Do you have an above-average degree of social or political science (Bachelor) or proven equivalent knowledge and skills, as well as technical knowledge in the field of industrial relations / industrial relations, collective bargaining or labour market policy? Are you interested in empirical research on current developments in work at national or European level? Ideally, you could also gain experience in a research project. A very good oral and written expressiveness in English and German and your pronounced analytical thinking as well as their rapid understanding round off your profile?
