As a team of Van Contract Management China, we are responsible for the industrialization of the VAN.EA (Van Electric Architecture) in China and continuously strive for a successful future through close cooperation with our partners. Our team plays a central role here. We define and shape the contract landscape with our joint venture partner in China. As an intern*in, you support us as a full-fledged team member in an international field of activity and contribute to the development of the VAN.EA project through contract management with our joint venture partner. Your tasks: Support in the creation, testing and management of contracts, coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders Maintenance and updating of the contract database Working with the digitization of contract processes and implementing new tools and technologies to increase efficiency Support in the coordination and monitoring of project milestones and progress as well as in building and maintaining project planning Support in the preparation and follow-up of management workshops and regular communication dates with China Cooperation in the preparation of presentations and reports and preparation of results for strategic decision-making The activity can begin from mid-August 2026.

Course in Economics, Law, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Studies with Economics or Similar Practices Ideally, you already have experiences and interest in the contract or Negotiations Secure handling of MS Office (in particular in-depth Excel & PowerPoint identifiers) German language skills and knowledge of English in word and writing You always work systematically and analytically on your tasks and can handle time pressure You have a quick understanding and fun in independent work in the agile working environment Team spirit, conceptual skills as well as experience in creating presentations including visualization of complex relationships Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
