You advise and support our customers in banking in various projects in the field of process management. Your tasks include the design of modern organizational frameworks and the further development of the process model and internal control systems. You support our customers in the recording, analysis and optimization of their processes along the entire process map. You actively contribute to the further development of process management within the Sparkassen financial group. Perspectively, you accompany and guide projects in process management – from requirement analysis to conception to implementation.

We look forward to an economic study or a comparable qualification in connection with relevant professional experience in the savings banks financial group or in banking You are familiar with the processes and technical processes within the Sparkassen financial group or in banking and have basic knowledge of supervisory law You are happy to deal with processes and to contribute to their optimization Ideally, you have gained first experience in dealing with processes and their presentation in process management software such as PPS_neo or others Your German (C1+) and English skills (B2+) as well as your communication strength and a pronounced analytical and solution-oriented thinking complete your profile
