Accountant / Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

Accounting wholly responsible: You tax the entire financial accounting including debitors, creditors, accounts, payment transactions, sales tax pre-registrations as well as the maintenance of relevant master and financial data.

Create accounts independently: You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and develop internal financial competence with the aim of significantly reducing the dependence on external tax advisors.

Determine wages reliably: You take the independent pay and salary bill with DATEV and communicate safely with financial authorities, social security institutions and the external tax advisor.

Developing processes and systems: You professionalize existing processes, define clear responsibilities and significantly shape the future use of DATEV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Actively manage finance: You develop controlling, reporting and liquidity planning, start meaningful evaluations and provide the management with reliable basis for decision-making.

Building interfaces and team: You establish reliable processes between management, administration and branch management, relieve the management of operational day-to-day business and build your own accounting team in a perspective.

Qualification: You have completed a commercial training, for example as a tax specialist (m/w/d), tax specialist (m/w/d), financial accountant (m/w/d) or accountant (m/w/d). Ideally, you have a training on the audited account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification.

Finding professional experience: You bring several years of experience in financial and balance sheet accounting, first individual monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB, and can guide a bookkeeping area professionally and organizationally.

Wage and tax law: You have extensive experience in payroll accounting, know the relevant tax and social insurance requirements and communicate safely with authorities, social security providers and tax advisors.

Controlling and systems: Reporting, controlling and liquidity planning are a professional financial control for you. You work safely with DATEV and have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.

Process and leadership strength: You recognize optimization potentials, develop reliable commercial structures and ideally bring the first leadership or team leadership experience for the perspective construction of your own team.

Personality and communication: You work entrepreneurial, structured and self-responsibility, connect different internal contacts and have very good German skills. Turkish knowledge is advantageous, but no requirement.

Design space: You develop processes, responsibilities and systems according to your technical ideas and can directly implement changes.
